Features of GOMIX
GOMIX is a system that processes waste without separating or washing.
Simply feeding it into the reactor allows superheated steam to displace oxygen within the reactor, enabling pyrolysis treatment of the waste under an oxygen-free environment.
Through this process, plastics decompose and vaporise within the reactor.
Upon cooling, they are extracted as recovered oil.
Glass and metals remain intact, while organic matter carbonises and remains within the reactor.
All components can be utilised as recycled resources.
The recovered oil, gases generated during processing, and residual carbon can be reused as energy for GOMIX’s own waste management cycle or as power for other machines, maximising the effective utilization of waste as energy.
As waste other than glass and metal is decomposed, vaporised, or carbonised, the volume of post-treatment waste is significantly reduced. The absence of incineration also suppresses the generation of carbon dioxide and dioxins.

For Island Waste Management
Currently, many islands transport waste generated locally off-island for incineration or landfill disposal.
GOMIX can be customised to suit the volume of waste, enabling islands to handle waste management entirely on-site, thereby reducing transportation costs.
The processed waste is remarkably compacted, eliminating the need for further transport to other areas. Resources recovered from the waste, such as recovered oil and charcoal, can also be utilized on the island.
Application Example
